A Note on API-650 10th Edition Addendum 4 integration for ETank 2000, from
ETank's Creator, Jeffcoat Smitt
"API-650 10th Edition Addendum 4 came out in 2006 and has several significant
changes including new design load cases for the roof and wind design basis from
100 mph to 120 mph. These new sections of API-650 10th Edition Addendum 4 have
been incorporated into Etank 2000, with the 1.7 release."
"Other significant changes within API-650 10th Edition Addendum 4 include a
new Appendix V for external pressure design and a totally revamped Appendix E
for seismic design. We are currently addressing the other changes to Section 3
and then will be addressing the changes to Appendix V (Phase 2) and Appendix E
(Phase 3)."
